The staff of Dukes retreat are an asset to the hotel. Special mention for Chef Dinesh, Waiters at the restaurant Nitai, Vicky, and others whose names are not known. Housekeeping staff Sapna really did a great job with keeping the room clean and neat. Devarshree at the front office looked after our special requests. All in all our experience was very relaxing.

The breakfast spread was amazing and need to mention that we enjoyed it thoroughly. The dinner buffet was okay and expensive.

1. Amazing location with spectacular view from panorama room. No other hotel in lonavala will give this for sure. 2. Spacious room with elegant interior. 3. Food was delicious 4. Staf is very friendly polite 5. Good for party with friends and family. Also they maintain cleanliness.

The staff at the reception co-operative & excellent The Location best in Lonavla Khandala The swimming pool clean and tidy. The life guard very humble and co-operative. Rooms neat and tidy with great view.
